Ledger Workshop is operated by Simple Accounting Solutions. This notice describes the pilot application form.
What the form saves
Your name, email address, business name, QuickBooks status, company name, access contact and contact consent are saved with a request reference and submission time. Optional preferences include requested help, your first priority and a short assignment, approximate volume, service interests, preferred robot plan, reporting cadence and how you heard about us. Provide a different access contact only when you are authorized to share their details. The team records follow-up status separately.
Why we ask
Simple Accounting Solutions uses these details to assess pilot fit, plan an appropriate scope and contact you about your request. Service selections and schedule preferences are for discussion. Submitting does not activate services, start report delivery, authorize payments or filings, or grant access to your QuickBooks company.
Where it goes
This website uses OpenAI Sites hosting with a Cloudflare D1 database. Application details are available through a protected operator queue for Simple Accounting Solutions to review. Intake email is enabled. Resend receives the recipient and relevant application information to send your confirmation and an alert to our application inbox. The form does not upload documents to QuickBooks.
Website measurement and external links
We count homepage and application-page views and application-link clicks in daily totals, and count saved applications by their selected source. These application metrics do not store visitor identifiers, cookies or raw IP addresses. Hosting providers may maintain operational logs. Booking and review links open external services with their own policies.
What to leave out
Do not enter passwords, bank or card numbers, tax identifiers, employee information or financial documents. Any later document sharing, accounting access and handling of payroll or tax records will be arranged separately.
Optional secure card setup
When enabled, optional card setup takes place on Stripe’s hosted page after your application is saved. Stripe collects the payment details; this website does not collect or store your full card number or security code. We store the Stripe references and setup status needed to confirm that step. A secure browser cookie links card setup to your saved request. Adding a card does not charge you, create a subscription or authorize a later charge without separately accepted paid terms. You can finish the free-pilot request without a card.
Communication during the service
Before a pilot starts, we confirm the email contact, approved recipients, report contents and delivery schedule. In the planned service, the robot checks instructions, comments and concerns against the agreed scope and permissions, and requests missing facts or required approvals before affected changes proceed. This intake notice does not authorize access to your inbox or automatically connect an email service.
